Who is MoversSuite built for?
MoversSuite is moving software for household goods movers, van line agents, military movers, local movers and commercial office and industrial movers. It manages orders, dispatch, operations, billing and payments in one system.
Which van lines does MoversSuite connect to?
The Van Line Connections add-on connects MoversSuite to ATLAS, SIRVA and UNIGROUP. That includes agents of the brands operated by those van lines, such as Allied and North American (SIRVA) and Mayflower and United (UNIGROUP).
Does MoversSuite support military moves?
Yes. Military orders are managed in the same system as domestic and international moves, from the order through dispatch, billing and payment.
Does MoversSuite work with my accounting software?
Yes. MoversSuite carries money through the whole move in one flow. Invoices and payments, driver advances (add-on) and commission statements all start from the same order, and the Unified Integrations add-on syncs the results to your accounting platform, so revenue is entered once and nothing is re-keyed. Our team specializes in billing and commission statements, from the van lines through your general ledger to GL accounts by Move Type.
Can MoversSuite Warehouse be used without MoversSuite?
Yes. MoversSuite Warehouse is a standalone, web-based warehouse management system. It runs on its own with no TMS and no MoversSuite license required, or alongside MoversSuite. An optional AI assistant, Wes, answers questions about your warehouse in plain language.
How does MoversSuite pricing work?
MoversSuite is subscription based, with no software to buy and no costly hardware. It is sold as a single user or in tiered levels of users. MoversSuite is one product with everything included, and add-ons extend it where you need them.
What is included in MoversSuite, and what is an add-on?
MoversSuite includes orders, dispatch, operations, billing, payments, and hosting and security. Add-ons are Unified Integrations, MSCREW App, MoversSuite Warehouse, Office & Industrial (MS O&I), Van Line Connections, TechMate FirstMate, TechMate SalesMate, TechMate LoadMate, Driver Advance, Enhanced Security and Support Plus.
What support and training come with MoversSuite?
MoversSuite comes with a US-based support team and detailed training. Online help, videos and training are always available, and Support Plus is available as an add-on.
